If your consultants require complicated RFIs, thousands of business requirements, exhaustive long-lists, and other low-value activities, then chances are that they probably don’t know the ERP software industry as well as they should.
Third Stage, on the other hand, provides high-value advice to help you arrive at a decision quickly and effectively. We understand the value of time and money, so we would rather see our clients arrive at a decision quickly so they can invest more in a successful implementation. After all, an imperfect software evaluation with an outstanding implementation is far more beneficial than a perfect selection and an imperfect implementation.
