As an independent, technology-agnostic consulting firm, we work with all types of digital transformations. Despite our variety of experience, we are seeing more SAP implementation projects than normal so far this year. Based on this experience, we recently published an eBook to help provide an overview of the best SAP S/4HANA implementation methodology.

Traditional SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies such as ASAP and MaxAttention are lacking, with a myopic focus on the technical aspects of deployment. Similarly, there are a number of things that SAP system integrators such as Deloitte, Capgemini, and Accenture typically do not do well. This leaves SAP customers with voids that need to be filled.

Through our years of experience, we have identified some of the common pitfalls and risks with traditional SAP implementation methodologies and system integrators. Even more importantly, we have identified the things that can and should be done to augment what system integrators typically focus on. This is meant to provide a more holistic and independent third-party view of how SAP S/4HANA can be implemented most effectively and successfully.
